Recently oxidative signals of four nucleic bases in DNA were measured due to mathematical processing of data. Moreover an electrochemical measuring device can be miniaturised using screen printing technology. Carbon screen-printed electrodes have the similar properties compared to commonly used carbon electrodes. The proposed methodology enables us to investigate changes in DNA easily.
