"3"^^ . . "The aim of the experiment was to establish the influence of three feeding types for fattening cattle on chosen beef quality parameters at bulls, heifers and steers. The first and the second groups of experimental animals were feed by roughage at the different ration with addition of concentrate mixture and at the third group was combined feeding with grazing. We specified the influence of different feeding ration on the nutrition beef quality parameters ((P<0,05; P<0,01; dry matter, intramuscular fat amount and total protein content ) at all the cattle categories (bulls, heifers and steers). The effect of the feeding type was more significantly manifested at process of water binding capacity value (P<0,05) and meat colour physical parameters (P<0,05; P<0,01). Evaluation of parameters representing meat tenderness that was done 48 hours post mortem, shown statistically non-important differences at groups of bulls, heifers and steers."@en . . .
