"In 2005 increased area of pea in CR to 29 123 ha. The total production of pea in 2005 increased to 78 756 t by average crop 2,7t/ha. In the three-year experiment with field-pea was content of N-substances by specific varieties between 17-27% in the dry matter, starch content 46-56% in the dry matter. Field round-seeds pea contents the most of starch and has in comparison to other cereals a high rate of amylose (19%). For use in a food-processing industry is proper a variety Grana with a very good technological qualities (short time of the bowling and high uniformity of the bowling) and varieties Adept, Merkur and Profi with a good technological qualities."@en . . .
