"The aim of the study was to evaluate an eligibility of canine microsatellite panel, that involved following loci -- FHC 2010, FHC 2054, FHC 2079, PEZ 1, PEZ 3, PEZ 5, PEZ 6, PEZ 8, PEZ 12 and PEZ 20, for identification of individuals and parentage control in the Czech Republic. The investigated population consisted of Caniche, Dachshund and Deutscher Sch\u00E4ferhundaim breeds (23 individuals). The highest observed heterozygosity, theoretical heterozygosity, polymorphism information content, paternity exclusion (EP1), paternity exclusion -- one parental genotype unavailable (EP2) and parentage exclusion (EP3) were found out in these loci FHC 2054, PEZ 3, PEZ 6 a PEZ 8. The average observed heterozygosity and polymorphism information content were detected 0,622 and 0,652, respectively. On the basis of combined exclusion probabilities (CEP1, CEP2, CEP3) was confirmed suitability of this microsatellite panel for parentage verification."@en . . . . .
