Neural networks are mostly used in decision processes related to classification and prediction. In economic practice are these situations very frequent. Neural networks enable to solve these questions quickly and efficiently. That is why is their application suitable for solving problems. The term neural system or neural network refers to a model consisting of single elements -- perceptrons. The advantage of neural networks is their ability of learning and equipment together with parallelism in processing.
