Z\u00E1merom novej \u0161t\u00FAdie je preh\u013Abi\u0165 porozumenie zdravia a so zdrav\u00EDm s\u00FAvisiaceho spr\u00E1vania u zdravotne znev\u00FDhodnen\u00FDch \u0161kol\u00E1kov. N\u00E1\u0161 z\u00E1ujem je zameran\u00FD na deti s naj\u010Dastej\u0161\u00EDmi typmi znev\u00FDhodnenia v popul\u00E1cii: deti so zrakov\u00FDm postihnut\u00EDm, sluchov\u00FDm postihnut\u00EDm, telesn\u00FDm a ment\u00E1lnym postihnut\u00EDm, deti s onkologick\u00FDm ochoren\u00EDm a deti s chronick\u00FDmi ochoreniami, ktor\u00E9 s\u00FA \u010Dasto z v\u00FDskumov vylu\u010Dovan\u00E9. Prezentovan\u00FD bude v\u00FDvoj protokolu a modifikovanej metodiky v\u00FDskumu upravenej konkr\u00E9tne pre vybran\u00E9 skupiny \u010Desk\u00FDch a slovensk\u00FDch zdravotne znev\u00FDhodnen\u00FDch \u0161kol\u00E1kov. Rovnako bude op\u00EDsan\u00FD priebeh a prv\u00E9 v\u00FDstupy z pilotnej \u0161t\u00FAdie osobitne zameranej na dve vybran\u00E9 skupiny znev\u00FDhodnenia: ment\u00E1lne postihnutie (ment\u00E1lna retard\u00E1cia) a onkologick\u00E9 ochorenie. Pracovn\u00FA skupinu pripravuj\u00FAcu podklady pre medzin\u00E1rodn\u00FD v\u00FDskum disHBSC tvoria pod koordin\u00E1ciou v\u00FDskumn\u00E9ho t\u00EDmu Lek\u00E1rskej fakulty Univerzity P.J. \u0160af\u00E1rika v Ko\u0161iciach najm\u00E4 pracovn\u00EDci Fakulty telesnej kult\u00FAry UP v Olomouci v spolupr\u00E1ci s Cyrilometodejskou teologickou fakultou UP v Olomouci a pracovn\u00EDci Pedagogickej fakulty UK v Bratislave s podporou kancel\u00E1rie WHO v Bratislave. "The main objective of this paper is to present an international research project disHBSC (%22Health Behaviour in School Aged Children with disabilities%22), which a methodology is based on international research of lifestyle of school-aged children. The aim of the new study is to deepen the understanding of health and health-related behavior among disabled school-aged children. Our interest is focused on children with the most common types of disadvantage in the population: children with visual impairments, hearing impairments, physical and mental disabilities, children with oncological disease and children with chronic diseases, which are often eliminated from the researches. Presented will be the development of protocol and research methodology modified specifically for the selected group of Czech and Slovak disabled school-aged children. It will be also described process and first outcomes of the pilot study specifically focused on two selected groups of disadvantages: intellectual disability (mental retardation) and oncological desease. Working group preparing documents for international research disHBSC includes under the coordination of the research team of the Faculty of Medicine, University of PJ Safarik in Kosice mainly partners of the Faculty of Physical Culture Palacky University in Olomouc, in collaboration with Cyril and Methodius Theological Faculty in Olomouc and partners Faculty of Education in Bratislava with the support of WHO office in Bratislava. The achievement of the objectives of the project can be sustained contribution in scientific research and knowledge and also in the health promotion of the target population of adolescents with disabilities."@en . .
