"System of bones, muscles and ligaments share in vault foot is the dynamic system. State of foot vault changes on dependence with increased physical strain. According to Ku\u010Dera (1995) the actual state of vault foot is one from indicators of resistance of organism towards physical strain. The aim of our study is apprecitation of the influence of training exercise on dynamic of state vault foot during training proces. Research collection included 6 probands (6 women and 2 men). Main event were jumps, where come to strain of takeoff foot. Evaluation of vault foot was made by plantographic method. Angle of heel, angle of hallux, angle of V. toe, Clark\u00B4s angle and index of foot accoding to Stritzer-Godunov was monitored. Also distribution of weigt on right and left foot was monitored by weigh on two weights. Evaluation of particular training modules shows reasing of compensation mechanisms in sense overloading of takeoff foot.
