"The aim of the study was determined using the glucometer fasting glucose levels from capillary blood by teachers. The sample and methods: in a group of 62 employees, we investigated the blood glucose sampling capillary blood from the fingertip and interpret the values of blood and in 88 probands were calculated BMI values. Results: glycaemia less than 3 mmol/l was not measured in any of the women, but only one male (8.33 %). The most probands - 47 women (94.0 %) and 8 men (66,67 %) had blood glucose readings within the range of 3.0 to 5.5 mmol/ l. Values borderline fasting blood glucose levels were measured in three women (6.0 %) and two men (16.67 %). A value greater than 11 mmol / l was found only in one man (8.33 %). BMI was most common in women in the standard (53.13 %) and those with BMI values were between overweight (54.55 %)."@en . . . "15410" .
