"There are changes happening in the following areas during the reform of higher education: number of enrolled students, applicants' preparedness for university studies, requirements of academic staff's qualification growth, number of international mobilities, academic staff's participation in research projects, evaluated scientific and research outputs etc. Every university reacts to these changes in the areas of contents of education, its structure as well as organization. There are various responses in academic staff, reflected in their perception of the university environment and in the perception of organizational climate of each faculty in particular. Our interest is focused on faculties of education that must have shifted from orientation to students and teaching to more intensive scientific and research activities. This is why we focused on perception of organizational climate of faculties of education by academic staff. After analyzing the accessible resources, a questionnaire of perception of organizational climate at faculties of education by academic staff was prepared. V pop\u0159ed\u00ED na\u0161eho z\u00E1jmu jsou pedagogick\u00E9 fakulty, kter\u00E9 musely p\u0159ej\u00EDt z orientace p\u0159ev\u00E1\u017En\u011B na studenta a v\u00FDuku k intenzivn\u011Bj\u0161\u00EDm v\u011Bdecko-v\u00FDzkumn\u00FDm aktivit\u00E1m ne\u017E doposud.
