"Recently concepts reflection and self-reflection became very important in the process of pre-service training of prospective teachers. This concept is not only one theoretical fundament for formation of professional skills. It seems to be very useful to involve also constructivist theory of learning. On the condition that the professional training of prospective teachers should have to help in the developing of their professional skills then it has to come out from the effort of understanding of their pre-concepts and subjective (individual) theory.
