The results of the Ruffier load test document that in 77.5% of boys and 87.5% of girls cardivascular endurance is of average to below average values.The low cardiovascular endurance in this population is most likely caused by an inappropriate level of physical activity performed not only at school, but particularly during leissure time." . . . .
