Both of these two reports (i.e. this one and the one mentioned above) are connected with the realization of certain research project. This project focuses on the investigation of children and youth psychic atate characteristics in relation to experiencing school situations. The children and youth are all from the Czech Republic. More specifically, the project directs itself at the cognitive style (esp. locus of control), frustration tolerance and the features of the subjective experiencing of someone's own personality. The authors of this paper acquaint us briefly with the results of the probe that has been carried out on a large sample of basic-school pupils and high-school students.
