"Detail study was realized for Botanic institution AV \u010CR, it was aimed at determination of incorporation of phosphorus and heavy metals into struvite (Magnesium Ammonium Phosphate Hydrate MgNH4PO4(H2O)6) during advanced sewage technology. Analytical methods were used for determination of phosphorus bond by combination of RTG fluorescent spectroskopy, X-ray diffraction and RTG fotoelectron spectroskopy, individual methods were optimalised for given type of materi\u00E1l (including preparation of standards) and it was examined their accuracy and exactness.It was studied into details character of bond energies of nitrogen, potassium and phosphorus.Bond of phosphorus was proved and it was unambiguously identified type of present phosphorus.
