"The chemical synthesis of the substance NaYF4 to prepare this material in the form of nanoparticles with controlled properties (in particular size- morphological characteristics and physico-chemical characteristics ) were tested and optimized. The preparation process was based on the chemical precipitation method, when the choice of suitable temperature and solvent can lead to prepare the nanoparticles NaYF4. The high chemical purity of the resulting nanoparticles (using high-purity chemical precursors and observing perfect washing of result nanoparticles suspension in the dialysis bag ) is crucial for the intended application in medicine (in particular drug delivery after further chemical modification , magnetic resonance agents, etc.). To proof the completion of an assigned tasks were selected resulting materials characterized by X-ray powder diffraction ( structure confirmed - alfa structural modification of the substance NaYF4 ), scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, EDX spectroscopy , infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis."@en . .
