"The manufacturing parameters determination of iron compounds in high oxidation states (ie, mainly potassium ferrates) , including delivery of materials prepared on a laboratory scale , was entered by LAC, s.r.o.. According pilot scale production requirements of this material, preparation based on thermally induced reactions in the solid phase were chosen. These procedures were tested using different reactants ratios, different geometries and different precursors (chemical purity of precursors and reaction vessels cleanness was trailed, as the result material is intended for use in cleaning technology of surface and groundwater) . Due to the fact that the prepared materials are highly aggressive/reactive (i.e., iron compounds in high oxidation states - +4 , +5 and +6 tending to oxidize all the present materials), it was necessary to choose chemically resistant materials forming a critical part of the production furnaces (ie, the most advanced ceramic materials coated).
