The comprehensive study of the heat load of different iron -bearing materials especially, advanced bimetallic materials for future advanced applications, developed at the Technical University in Liberec was provided. Subsequently the surface characteristic of these newly developed materials was done. After the initial testing of a variety of instrumental techniques (such as thermal analysis, magnetic methods based on superconductive phenomenon - SQUID magnetometry) the X-ray diffraction was chosen as the optimal method that examines the material dilatation by view into the elementary cells dilatation at the atomic level. Therefore, the high-temperature X-ray diffraction chamber XRK900 were used for subsequent studies. The optimized method was used for selected materials characterization that has been treated under different temperature regimes. To see the surface changes impact into the overall physical properties the scanning probe microscopy (AFM / STM) with magnetic tip (allowing the realization of magnetic force microscopy) was applied. The changes in arrangement of magnetic domains on the surface of the studied alloys were detected."@en .
