Conditions for special education this burden significantly increases not only the specifics of the target group of students, but also in terms of training the learning process. The impact of the profession can manifest as burnout syndrome, as a syndrome of helper or abuse of power in relation to the individuals. The author presents the results of long-term research, as a new outcome is presented characteristic of teachers in special education settings, suggested are also possible ways of prevention and intervention in cases of above-described phenomena.
