According to the research on value orientation of Czech youth, family backgroung plays an important role in the value orientation of adolescents. The most important aim of the young's is to set up a functioning family and to provide its financial security. Persons coming from socioculturally less developed background have tendency to stand for egoistic values, as well as to do the forbidden (drug abuse, criminality).
