"According to the need of financial means in the health care system, managers of health care providers can face to the new questions, how to guarantee the job satisfaction and retention to quality health workers, especially nurses. The aim of the research was to find out the order and distance of factors in a job environment on the personal values ware and the perceived situation on the basis of this ware. The questionnaire form was created on the basis of Herzberg two - factor theory. 1992 nurses working in hospitals in the Czech Republic were interviewed in 2011. At the respondents, the highest value have the factors salary/wage, patient care and certainty of the job (listed by importance).
