"The aim of the thesis was to identify personal priorities of working environment factors of general nurses working in hospital ambulances, level of their saturation by the employer and mutual comparison of these values. A questionnaire, which was sent to 25 hospitals and distributed to 10 791 general nurses working in ambulatory operations of hospitals in the Czech Republic was created on the principles of the Herzberg's double-factor motivation theory. 3 081 questionnaires, 653 of them completed by general nurses working in ambulatory sphere, got to final processing. Such number of questionnaires was processed for presented statement. It was found that wages and care of patients are the most important work factors for the monitored group of nurses. Among the most diverging factors, there were wages and then job stability."@en .
