METODY: Ke genotypizaci 39 pacient\u016F se Sjogrenov\u00FDm syndromem a 76 zdrav\u00FDch kontroln\u00EDch jedinc\u016F jsme pou\u017Eili PCR se sekven\u010Dn\u011B specifick\u00FDmi primery. V\u00DDSLEDKY: Frekvence mutantn\u00ED CCR532 alely byla signifikantn\u011B sn\u00ED\u017Eena u Slovensk\u00FDch pacient\u016F se Sjogrenov\u00FDm syndromem ve srovn\u00E1n\u00ED s kontroln\u00ED skupinou. Nalezli jsme tak\u00E9 ni\u017E\u0161\u00ED relativn\u00ED riziko p\u0159\u00EDtomnosti Sjogrenova syndromu u heterozygotn\u00EDch jedinc\u016F pro tento polymorfismus. U pacient\u016F se Sjogrenov\u00FDm syndromem byla p\u0159\u00EDtomnost IL-1Ra VNTR polymorfismu srovnateln\u00E1 s kontroln\u00ED skupinou.
