It was used NetBeans platform with Netbeans IDE, a library for fast creation of applications in image processing such as Java Advanced Imaging and video library Xuggler, which you can use to encode and decode video. Furthermore, the paper describes the implementation of the module and the results of the module testing on the mining images.
