"The functional sample deals with combustion space regulation for processing gas combustion. The advantage is a very active and quick possibility of combustion space change based on the change of processing gas content. The generated pyrolysis gas is affected by input materials amount and variety. The previous design of burner and combustion chamber for the pyrolysis gas is draft by limited operation units parameters (process temperature, kind and power of input materials). The previous dimension was not sufficient for higher process temperature and higher input materials power because the pyrolysis gas production increased and dimension of combustion chamber was not sufficient. The new burner is designed to be able to change the combustion space dimension as needed, which enables both to prolong the time necessary for perfect combustion of gas and regulate the combustion air input by the change of the move.
