"This article summarizes the findings of the digestates from laboratory mesophile co-fermentation of cattle slurry with 10% wt. of different biologically degradable waste from the food industry. All model digestates had total solids content of about 5% wt. and would be suitable as a diluted fertilizer for agricultural land. The highest content of organic matter (80% wt. solids) was found in the digestate from co-fermentation of cattle slurry with 10 % wt. of dough from the confectionery industry. The highest total nitrogen content (9.8% wt.), phosphorus (1.8% wt.), calcium (4.7% wt.), potassium (8.3% wt.), magnesium (2.0% wt.) was found in the digestate from co-fermentation of cattle slurry with 10% wt. of waste from the coffee (3 in 1) production. Heavy metals contents in all digestates were minimal, only the copper content of all samples exceeded the limit for use on agricultural land.
