"The paper focuses on model testing technology mesophilic (40 \u00B0 C) continuous anaerobic co-fermentation cattle slurry with wastes from the potato chips production, waste pastry from the supermarket and mixed waste from the instant soups production to increase the energy efficiency of the process. It was confirmed that these wastes from the food industry are valuable biogas substrates with a high degree of degradability. An assessment of specific methane production in proportion co-substrate (waste) in the initial mixture of 10 and 20% wt. The highest intensity of CH4 production (1.04 mN3.m- 3.d-1) was measured at the input co-fermentation mixture containing 20% wt. wastes from the potato chips production. The highest specific methane production off 1 kg of input organic compounds (0.50 mN3.kgVSp-1) was measured during co-fermentation of mixture, which total solids consisted of 61% wt. of total solids from waste from the production of instant soups and 39% wt. of total solids from cattle slurry."@en .
