"The paper presents the results of laboratory model co-fermentation of cattle slurry with waste from the production of bags of coffee, waste from the coffee %223in1%22 production (coffee, sugar, cream) and waste from the manufacture of instant soups in reaction volume of 0.06 cubic meters. It was confirmed that these wastes from the food industry are valuable biogas substrates. The highest specific methane production off 1 kg of input organic compounds (0.59 mN3.kgVSp-1) was measured in the waste from the production of instant soups. This value corresponds to 10% wt. waste in the input mix when the total solids consisted of 61% wt. of total solids from waste from the production of instant soups and 39% wt. of total solids from cattle slurry. The lowest specific methane production of 10% wt. (0.41 mN3.kgVSp-1) corresponds to the waste from the production of bags of coffee.
