"Between the years 2007-2010 the project supported by MPO \u010CR was carried to research and develop new process technologies for the production of biogas by anaerobic co-fermentation cattle slurry with other biowastes. The database of anaerobically fermentable materials was created. 21 continuous (co)-fermentation tests and 6 discontinuous fermentation tests were carried out. In these tests, the research was focused on determining the most process conditions (cosubstrate ratios, fermenter loading, temperature, reaction time, concentration of intermediate and micro-organisms, pH, neutralizing capacity, etc.) with regard to the optimum yields and characteristics of rising outputs, especially biogas/methane and the digestate. The most significant results were verified in a pilot plant fermenter, in which the developed computer program KOFERM regulating the composition of the input mixture according to the required characteristics was also generally verified."@en . . .
