SP/3g4/103/07 %22Research of properties and usage of digestate from anaerobic co-fermentation processes agricultural and other, particularly hardly usable organic waste%22. This paper presents results of model anaerobic co-fermentation of wastes with high lipid and oil content with bovine liquid manure. The experimental results showed that such wastes can be source of high quality biogas. Of the three tested waste containing lipid and oils was during co-fermentation of 10 % vol. lipid and oil from lipid trap - from canteen (58 % wt. total solids from lipid and oil from lipid trap in substrate) achieved best results. During co-fermentation was average daily biogas production value in 1010 dmN3/kgTS with an average methane content of 71 % vol.
