"Contribution focuses on laboratory-scale model verification technology of mesophilic (40°C) anaerobic co-fermentation of bovine liquid manure (slurry) with waste water (waste oil) from the edible oil production to improve energy efficiency and economics of the process. Model anaerobic process was carried out in model fermenter of reaction volume of 0,06 m3. The composition of biogas was analyzed by an infrared analyzer and checked by gas chromatograph. Average differences between the two different analyzers were 6,6 vol. % for the methane content and 1,7 vol. % for the carbon dioxide content. The biogas from the anaerobic digestion of input mixture containing 10 vol.% of oily waste water and 90 vol. % of bovine slurry contained 55 - 62 vol. % of CH4 and approximately 25 vol. % of CO2. The hydrogen sulfide content never got over 1500 ppm. The highest methane production obtained during the model process was 0,798 mN3.m-3.d-1."@en . "Rusín, Jiří" . . . .
