"The result is a specialized map (M 1:850 000), elaborated on the GIS system base, focused on the issue of air pollution caused by small heating sources. Map (Indicator PM2,5 emissions per built-up area in the Czech regions of CR-PL border) shows the resulting PM2,5 emissions results in 2006 per capita from pollution area sources for five regions in neighboring border with Poland. Map presents the results of modeling of PM2,5 emissions from small (local) heating sources for each community separately. For every community has been collected information\u2019s of residential areas with identification of heating source, fuel type, and meteorological conditions during the heating season and heat losses of buildings. The basis of calculation of emissions was the determination of the value of the emission factor (EF) for each common fuel in combination with all possible types of combustion equipment used to heating in the CZ. These values were experimentally determined on the Energy Research Centre. Modeling of PM2,5 emissions per capita was found its burden from small sources. The result of works is the first of this kind map of this area, identifying the PM2,5 burden per capita. Map shows the comparison of modeling, including effects in these regions relative to a collective factor in the area."@en . . .
