On the contrary all organizations are increasingly penalized by crises. The behavior during the crisis shows on how the company is perceived by the public. The aim of the article is to introduce briefly the basic of crisis communication and its possibilities. It will be given the general course of the crisis and the corresponding types of crisis communication. The case study shows the crises develop and defines the target groups. The procedure crisis situation shows the characteristics of each phase. It will be critically evaluated utilized types of crisis communication.
