"Determinants of Unemployment in V4 countries: Regression Analysis Model" . "Unemployment is considered as important issue for which the concerns to dealing among policy makers are growMSc. This paper analyses different determinants of unemployment in V4 countries. Simple regression analysis for each V4 countries has been applied to investigate relationship of unemployment among other variables such as nominal growth rate, consumer price index, exports, real labour productivity etc. in V4 countries by using time series data from 1996 to 2012.Unemployment has been explained with different determinants that are having positive and negative impact on the models of Hungary, Slovakia and Poland separately. In the same way, results of regression model indicates that unemployment has statistically significant and having positive relationship with labour productivity and Inward Foreign Direct Investment and negative relationship with inflation rate in the case of Czech republic in V4 countries. It is recommended that V4 countries needs to adopt output oriented policies to deal with issue unemployment rate.
