The comparison is summarised in conclusion that both structures well complement each other where the system analysis approach is more focused on procedural aspects of IS development while the strategic management view underlines the %22strategic%22 circumstances. The discussion of %22IS success%22 is presented then and the more justified definition of that is offered.
