The first variant is composed of 70 \u2013 90 wt.% of a slag from the desulphurization of a pig iron in the process of secondary metallurgy (metallic component) and 30 \u2013 10 wt.% of a ladle slag (binding component), always with the addition of mixing water. The second variant is composed of 70 \u2013 90 wt.% of a slag from the desulphurization of a pig iron in the process of secondary metallurgy and 30 \u2013 10 wt.% of a granulated blast furnace slag which is activated by water glass with a silicate module 2,0 in quantities that brings 4,5 wt.% of Na2O against the amount of a granulated blast furnace slag and always with the addition of mixing water. In the both cases it\u2019s thus achieved that the metallic component isn\u2019t necessary to adjusted before briquetting. Binding component has to show the specific surface at least 200 m2.kg-1. Compacting of used wastes guarantees easy manipulation during their next use. The proposed technical solution of briquetting process excludes the use of conventional binder (Portland cement), thereby its novelty is guaranteed."@en .
