"The article deals with repeated melting of RR350 aluminium alloy and its influence on mechanical characteristics of the alloy, chemical composition changes and structural changes of the alloy in cast state if cast by gravity cast into a permanent metal mould. Repeated melting of alloys is an integral part of foundry processes. Repeated melting is connected with costs reduction, which are connected with the economic crisis. Preparation of an alloy from used raw materials is accompanied by many problems connected with proper degassing and overall out of furnace metal refining, which has to be more proper than when new raw materials are used. The quality of a few times repeatedly melted alloy is low. This material contains a higher amount of gases, which it absorbs during re-oxidation and mould-metal contact. Repeatedly melted material contains a high amount of inclusions and foreign particles (sand)."@en . . "4"^^ . "Lich\u00FD, Petr" . .
