"The article presented to the readers describes original methodology that authors developed for determining the actual thickness of sediment in gas cooler tubes based on gas cooling ratio, i.e. gas temperature difference on gas cooler inlet and outlet. Gas cooling ratio is a proper indicator of sediment occurrence in the heat-exchange area. The method is a non-destructive type, non-demanding for the devices necessary for the experiment.
