"The water spray cooling intensity measurement method has been developed in the Department of Thermal Engineering of the Technical University of Ostrava. At the testing temperatures 600 \u00B0C and 800 \u00B0C and within the pressures range between 0,3 and 1,0 MPa three types of water nozzles with spraying angle 45\u00B0 have been tested. Measurements showed that the decrease of surface cooling intensity during temperature grow from 600 \u00B0C to 800 \u00B0C was caused by the Leidenfrost effect. It has implied by the evaluation of the mean heat transfer coefficient in relation to the pressure that a linear equation can describe with accuracy sufficient the relation between values and cooling water pressure square root at temperatures 600 \u00B0C and 800 \u00B0C."@en .
