"The aim of this paper is to asses the influence of steel chemical composition on sulphide inclusions formation. For analyses four steel heats were prepared with different content of S, Ti, Cr, Mn and with different cooling rate. In total 10 samples were taken off from different places of heats. For all the samples the chemical composition was determined - content of S, Ti, Cr, Mn and Fe both in the sulphides and in the surrounding matrix. The size of analysed sulphides were also measured and photographically documented. These devices were used for experiments: visual analyzer Olympus CUE4, metallographic microscope Neophot 32, digital camera Olympus C-3030, electron scanning microscope JOEL JSM-840 and ED analyzer LINK AN 10/85S."@en .
