To this materials for sure rightly behove intermetallic alloys with shape memory phenomenon, which should be applied in a row communication industry, electrotechnics, robotics, connecting techniques and medicine. In the system Ni-Ti is great attention focused on intermetallic compound NiTi which shows shape memory effect.
