"Study of the influence of heat treatment on the structure and properties of low-alloyed tungsten and molybdenum alloys and especially the possibility of formation of single crystals of these metals by secondary recrystallization method. Experimental tests using several kind materials (wires W, W-Ir, Mo, Mo-Ir, Mo-Re of the diameter 0,5 and 1 mm) and annealing ware effected in vacuum furnace with electron heating. To study macro and microstructure of samples before and after heat treatment was using light microscopy. Using the method of recrystallization annealing in the hot zone was unsuccessful for the formation single crystals and maximum dimension of grain reached double wire diameter. For achieving formation of single crystals by secondary recrystallization is necessary using high purity sample, with critical plastic deformation and certain steep temperature gradient."@en .
