"The processes of high-temperature diffusion in intermetallic compounds on the base of nickel-silicide and nickel-aluminide. The diffusion joints created by resistance welding or welding by electron beam in vacuum were exposed to the long-term temperature annealing. Concentration profiles of Al and Si in the region of interface boundary NixAly/Ni and NixSiy/Ni were determined by EDX method. For determination of inter-diffusion coefficients we have used Matano-Boltzmann's method, Wagner's equation and a method based on theory of thermal potential of double layer for cases of diffusion processes with moving interface boundary. We have investigated in given systems micro-structural changes and changes of micro-hardness with use of metallographic methods.
