"When designing and/or using rolling, forging and other devices, the exact prediction of forming forces plays an important role. Among actual problems of hot forming of steel belongs knowledge of deformation resistance values of individual steels. In the course of this problem solving, a method was developed which enables to obtain a simple model of mean equivalent stress value of factual material during hot forming with utilization of laboratory rolling mill Tandem. Before rolling oneself there was studied the influence of temperature and heating time on the deformation resistance value. Flat specimens with graduated thickness produced from austenitic CrNi steel were tested. Besides measurement of rolling forces, those specimens allowed next investigation by a metallographical analysis. Its aim insisted in detection the influence of different heating time on the final microstructure during different cooling conditions."@en .
