The obtained g/g' interfaces have been examined and transverse concentration profiles have been determined by microanalysis. By applying the Matano-Boltzmann's method, the interdiffusion coefficients D of Al in the annealed joints have been evaluated. The magnitude of the interdiffusion coefficient D thus estimated was found to be depending on the local concentration. The diffusion data resulting from the present work are compared with the recently published results.
