The value of threshold of geochemical anomaly is 805 mg/kg. Concentration of Cr in the grain size fraction under 0.063 mm is approximately one half of that in grain size fraction under 2 mm. The values higher than threshold of geochemical anomaly (mean value + 2 \u03C3) occupy approximately 2% of sampled territory. The highest concentrations are located mostly at the territory of Moravsk\u00E1 Ostrava. Kun\u010Dice, Slezsk\u00E1 Ostrava and Mich\u00E1lkovice. The distributions of manganese and vanadium in both grain size fractions are very similar to the distributiln of Cr. The source of Cr is probably the gritting material."@en .
