Dostupnost dopravn\u00ED s\u00EDt\u011B je pova\u017Eov\u00E1n za v\u00FDznamn\u00FD limituj\u00EDc\u00ED faktor p\u0159i vyu\u017E\u00EDv\u00E1n\u00ED tohoto zp\u016Fsobu dopravy. Tento \u010Dl\u00E1nek popisuje situaci v dostupnosti zast\u00E1vek ve t\u0159ech kraj\u00EDch \u010Cesk\u00E9 republiky. Mezi tyto kraje pat\u0159\u00ED \u00DAsteck\u00FD kraj, Moravskoslezsk\u00FD kraj a kraj Vyso\u010Dina. Dostupnost zast\u00E1vek je hodnocena nad uli\u010Dn\u00ED s\u00EDt\u00ED a to ze dvou pohled\u016F. T\u00EDm prvn\u00EDm je konstrukce region\u016F obslu\u017Enosti okolo jednotliv\u00FDch zast\u00E1vek a to podle jejich typu dopravy (vlak, autobus), co\u017E m\u016F\u017Ee pomoci p\u0159i lokalizov\u00E1n\u00ED oblast\u00ED s nedostate\u010Dn\u011B hustou s\u00EDt\u00ED zast\u00E1vek. Tato situace bude porovn\u00E1na s regiony obslu\u017Enosti, kter\u00E9 jsou zkonstruov\u00E1ny pouze nad tzv. aktivn\u00EDmi zast\u00E1vkami, kter\u00E9 maj\u00ED v\u00FDznamnou \u00FAlohu pro region\u00E1ln\u00ED dopravn\u00ED obslu\u017Enost. Druh\u00FDm krokem zkoum\u00E1n\u00ED je dostupnost zast\u00E1vek z budov v kraj\u00EDch a to podle typu vyu\u017Eit\u00ED jednotliv\u00FDch budov. "The rate of individual transport usage is continuously rising in the Czech Republic, but public transport is still very important way of travelling. Accessibility of transport network is one of public transport limiting factors. This paper should describe the situation in walking accessibility in three Regions of the Czech Republic. There are the Usti Region, the Vysocina Region and the Moravian-Silesian Region. Stop accessibility will be evaluated under street network from two points of view. The first is service areas construction around particular stops based on transport type (train, bus) what can help with localization of insufficiently stop density. This situation will be compared with service areas of active stops, which have strong importance for regional transport services. The second point of view is the accessibility of particular stops from buildings in the Regions based on type of use. That means it will be compared walking distances to the nearest bus or train stop, eventually accessibility of administrative, residential, health care, educational and others buildings."@en .
