The transition rate matrix and the system of differential equations for the model are designed. The mean time between failures (MTBF) and unavailability (Q) of the mentioned system are treated as test interval increasing at two different maintenance modes. The modelling and engineering calculations were done with software tool Reliability Workbench RWB by Isograph Ltd.
