VHDL models simulations were executed to verify the controller?s design. Validation of the designed system was accomplished through real-time implementation tests. The simulation results were satisfactory close to those derived by further on experimental investigation. The proposed control system was experimentally verified and evaluated upon a specific prototype of a lime slurry storage and delivery machine.
