Fakulta strojn\u00EDho in\u017Een\u00FDrstv\u00ED" . "The paper brings basic methodology for modeling of risk of morbidity resulting from special medical operations. Detail analysis of the previous model POSSUM (based on scoring system-taken from references) is carried out. The model is applied to new operation data taken from the teaching hospital Ostrava-Poruba. Verification of the model using exponential analysis was performed. New logistic regression model for the data was found within the research and verified as well. The analysis showed that the new multiple logistic regression model better fits the new operation data taken from both laparoscopic and also direct operations.
