"In this paper there are pubished some results of laboratory works - the simulation of d.c. arc burning\u00B4s in the air. The work has been splited into two parts - primarily the burning\u00B4s simulation of the real d.c. arc on the laboratory machinery, in the second part has been made the numerical model of d.c. arc for the identical geometry and identical electrical parameters, which have been used in the laboratory part. The main work objective has been the comparing of d.c. arc\u00B4s lay-out, found on the laboratory basis, with the d.c. arc\u00B4s lay-out, determined through the use of specified calculation. As a result of this labour it is the verification of plasma\u00B4s known properties in the computational model and the result\u00B4s comparing of electrothermal field with the real laboratory d.c. arc."@en . . .
