Sheet piles are vibrated into the soil. Adverse effects of vibrations on structures in vicinity occur during compaction activity. These effects are necessary to monitored to avoid the damages. Methodology for field measurement and interpretation of the obtained values were prepare. All needed values were obtained during field measurements and afterwards attenuation curves corresponding to the geological environment of the measured locations were elaborated. All measurements were performed in amplitude and frequency area and the results were drawn as attenuation curves. The vibrations were also analyzed according to the norm \u010CSN 73 0040."@en . .
